Every item we sell has its own delivery time which is only an estimate. However if this delivery time is incorrect at the time of placing your order we will notify you of any delays. ( Occasionally if the manufactuer has a high influx of orders the delivery times can go up)

The prices shown on our product pages are for the product only, there is a seperate charge of £19.99 for delivery and for any building required we charge an extra £29-£49 depending on the item size. The build service is only available within 50 miles radius of our store in Manchester.
All deliveries local to our Manchester store will be delivered by our own 2 man delivery team where your items will be delivered directly into your home and into situ.
Outside of our local area we will send your items by courier which will only be a delivery to your front door.
If your items are damaged in transit you must not sign the delivery receipt without noting the damage. If your items are damaged in transit or has a manufactuers fault you must notify us within 24hours of receiving the items on 0161 773 8625 or contact us by email via our contact us page. If your item only requires a repair we will arrange for that to be done in your home otherwise we will send the item back to the manufactuer for review for this reason we ask that you keep all the original packaging.
We will contact you by phone or email to arrange a delivery date of your items once this date has been made you must ensure someone is there to recieve the items If you are unable to recieve your delivery on said day we require 24hours notice otherwise we reserve the right to charge you a second delivery charge to cover the cost of the failed delivery.
It is important that you ensure that the items you have purchased will pass through all access areas in your home. Before signing for your items you must inspect the items and note down on the delivery note if there are any damage or items missing and inform us within 24hours again this must be done by phone on 0161 773 8625 or by email via our contact us page.
We will not accept responsibility for any item damaged or missing if you have not signed or made a note on the delivery note.
Special orders are non-refundable, if the item is delivered damged or with a manufacturing fault only a replacement is offered. ( a special item is anything that has to be made for you and is not a stock item)
Mattresses and divan beds are excluded from our returns policy for health and hygiene reasons
Any replacement items would normally take as long to deliver as the item thats being replaced took.
You can cancel your order at anytime between placing your order with us and 7 days after recieving the items. If you decide to return your items this at your expense. We must recieve the items in new condition with all parts and packaging. We will then inspect the items and only if the items are as above will we authorise any refunds which will take 30 days to be refunded back to your account.
In compliance with the data protection act we will not divulge your details to third parties.
We do not sell on customer information or email addresses.
All our prices are in pounds and include VAT they do not include delivery or build charges. Any delivery or build charges will be shown in your basket before checkout.
Special offers and promotions are subject to availability. If the item becomes unavailable we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.
Although we try to keep the website offers, promotions and prices upto date occasionally we may fail to make some changes to our product information. If this happens with the items you ordered we will contact you and give you the choice to continue or cancel your order.
Payment is made upon submitting your order.
If you wish to view your order at any time between placing your order and delivery you can do so by logging in to your account at which point you will be able to view any current orders you have with us.

Unfortunately any special orders will need to be changed within 24 hours of ordering your items as once in the manufactuers system it may not be possible to change.
